We're getting close to the completion of Bkr14, and now we can highlight the design and technology sectors of this project. The seen and what you don't see in the KITCHEN Onyx Package unit. The infographic gives an outline of every item. The design element is modern luxe, from the seafoam herringbone backsplash to the engineered wooden waterfall peninsula. Sleek ebony pulls against the white shaker cabinets with complements of the gunmetal multi-sprayer faucet. Galaxy silver granite countertops highlighted by the recessed lighting and peninsula lighting. Motion under-mount peninsula lighting for the late-night snacker(s). White and black bar stools and the luxury vinyl flooring tie the whole luxe design together. IN COMES THE BRAINS, Bkr14 is one of the first smart duplexes in the Steel Valley Area. An Amazon Echo Show 5 is the mini central hub for the kitchen. Cat 6 wall plate for direct high-speed internet source. Smart switches allow the tenants to verbally, via app, and physically activate the different lighting sources (peninsula, interior, and exterior recessed lighting). Ring hub and keypad give the tenants a layered security system. Finally, a water leak protection system has been installed throughout the duplex and linked to each water supply in the kitchen.
